Find out why Ellie Goulding was feeling sick on Twitter…

Ellie Goulding was posting some very distressed tweets on the 3rd-4th December regarding some of the scenery from her music video for her latest single Your Song, originally by Elton John. At around 1:16-1:18 there are some close up shots of two carved logs.

Turns out J.A. Felstead and sons had gone and got the logs from their original home in the woods of Presteigne, Powys and had put them up on eBay for just £10 because that’s what it was worth to them as firewood. View the auctions here and here to see what angered Ellie and caused her to send various fuming tweets:

Thankfully the whole fiasco was resolved:

The bidding ended last night and the logs sold for £29.00 and £24.00.

As well as being the start of Advent, today is also World Aids Day. Over 90,000 people are living with HIV in the UK and new infections continue every year. World AIDS Day 2010 aims to raise awareness to tackle HIV prejudice and help stop the spread of HIV.

You can support this cause by wearing a Red Ribbon, which is the international symbol of support for people living with HIV. It is a great way of raising awareness about HIV as well as to break down stigma and prejudice.
